Muvac is one of the world's leading platforms for applying to artistic institutions. By creating a profile, it is therefore possible to apply to many different institutions. The information from this personal Muvac profile is required for the further application process and the entrance examination at our university.
The link to the application platform can be found on the university's website. All relevant information is summarised there once again. Depending on whether you already have a muvac account, you can either log in directly via Apply now or create a new account.
After entering a valid e-mail address and agreeing to the terms of use, registration is carried out directly via Join Muvac. The account creation must then be confirmed in the e-mail sent.
After clicking on Activate account in the e-mail sent, you can enter your own password and personal details in the next step.
This is followed by the creation of a profile for an individual. Ensembles must create an ensemble profile here (this is required for Master Chamber Music!).
In the next step, the registration information is transferred directly and the date of birth must also be entered. A suitable expertise, for example ‘Performing artist’ with the direction ‘Acting’ must also be specified, as well as the place of residence and a telephone number, are important for our internal processes in order to be able to provide you with all information during the procedure.
Click on Continue to be forwarded directly to your personal Muvac profile, where you can enter further information. Please use the ‘cloud symbol’ to upload a profile photo of yourself and enter your nationality, as we need this for internal processes. An ID number is not required
The personal CV is very important for our process. You can use the ‘+’ to enter new stages of your personal career in the relevant section. In any case, we need a current occupation (e.g. student) and a training centre from you.
Once you have registered, you can start your application by clicking on Apply now. The individual steps are explained in detail there. Data that has already been entered during the registration process does not need to be entered again.
The entrance examination fee can be paid by credit or debit card. You do not necessarily have to be the account holder. Another person can also do this for you.
